From Beth:
Holy crap! Has it really been 20 years?!  I've been half way around the world, lived in southern Indiana for the past 18 years, but Cleveland Heights will ALWAYS be my home!

I live in Evansville, Indiana and have been happily married to Sid for the past 12 yrs.  We have three amazing kiddos - Grace (almost 11), Ella (almost 3) & Joe (8.5 months).  I worked for seven years for a couple non-profit community development organizations, spent five years working with Sid remodeling houses, and I'm currently managing the office and doing layout/design work for a book bindery/print shop.

We get back to Cleve a few times a year to visit family , and I still get chills every time I see the downtown skyline and re-visit my favorite haunts.  We're really looking forward to seeing everyone in Aug - happy/safe travels and see you soon!!

What I miss MOST about Heights..:
I miss knowing I'll see longtime friends everyday.
What I miss LEAST about Heights..:
Basic teenage angst and insecurities.
From Erika:
Seeing all the smiling faces brings back great memories! Although a stressful time, the good definately outweighs the bad!

I am alive and well in Albany NY. I have two fabulous daughters who have been my main focus for many years.

I married a Cleveland Heights native Jim Nickens, so we frequent Cleveland often to see both sets of grandparents.

I have lived and visited many places and very few even touch the uniqueness of our hometown. If only I was able to appreciate it more when I lived there!

Hope everyone is well and please email me with updates on how YOU are doing.

What I miss MOST about Heights..:
The Courtyard at lunch. It was so interesting how each clique had their own section. I also remember what a thrill it was to try to sneak off school grounds to get McDonalds for lunch. Also, remember you were allowed to smoke in the Courtyard? I wonder what kids these days are doing.
What I miss LEAST about Heights..:
Trying to get to your locker between classes and hearing the bell ring before you could get to your next class. Remember, we had the built in locker combinations, and all we had to do was turn it a few clicks. But then someone would go down the hall turning everyone's locks a full rotation and I'd freak cause I always forgot my combination!
From Janet:
Hello to the Class of 1988!  It's been fun looking on this website and seeing some familiar faces.  People are looking pretty good almost 20 years later and no matter how much we may have changed physically, the smiles are always a dead give-a-way of recognition.  I've been happily married for 18 years and we have a 4 year old son.  Life has been good to me.  I've been blessed with good health, family and friends.  For those of you who may remember my twin brother Ed, he passed away 3-1/2 years ago from brain cancer.  I definitely learned not to take tomorrow for granted. I wish you all good luck and happiness.
